💼 About This Role

You'll join SMX to provide hands-on A/V and telephony support for the Navy Region Southwest command. Your work ensures operational readiness of critical communication infrastructure in a hybrid field and help desk role. This position requires a DoD Secret security clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and troubleshoot Avaya Communication Manager environment
• Install and support A/V equipment in conference rooms
• Provide remote and on-site Tier 1/2 help desk support
• Manage VTC systems for executive events

📋 Requirements

• Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II certification
• 3-5 years of IT support experience
• Hands-on Avaya CM10 experience
• Experience with Crestron, Poly, or Cisco A/V systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Avaya ACIS or ACSS certification
• CTS certification from AVIXA
• ITIL foundation knowledge
