💼 About This Role

You'll manage existing customer portfolios for Paytm's payment gateway business, focusing on revenue growth and client relationships. You'll drive cross-selling of corporate payment solutions and expand merchant penetration. This role offers exposure to India's largest digital lending ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Acquire new merchants for corporate payments
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand customer base
• Own recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

📋 Requirements

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager meeting targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
