You'll lead financial planning and forecasting for a global process automation company, partnering with executive leadership and the Board to drive strategic financial outcomes. Your impact will be enhancing forecast accuracy and building scalable systems to support growth and profitability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead AOP, budgeting, and reforecasting processes
• Serve as strategic FP&A partner across organization
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting
• Lead and develop FP&A team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• People management and leadership experience
• Software/Technology industry experience
