You'll drive new business acquisition for Toast's digital platform within Mandarin cuisine restaurants. You'll convert inbound leads and uncover new demand through referrals, delivering a tailored experience to overcome language barriers. Your impact will be measured by the quality of experiences and conversion effectiveness.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your market
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in Mandarin
  • Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer's preferred language
  • Understand competitive landscape to position Toast effectively

  • Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin
  • Prior Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
