💼 About This Role

You'll lead a migration and modernization front for a global client, moving Azure and on-premises workloads to AWS. Your core impact is optimizing operations from a financial perspective while ensuring HA/DR, observability, security, and FinOps. This role is supported by AWS specialists and requires office presence in Campinas, Brazil.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and architecture definitions using Well-Architected Framework
• Negotiate global standards and modernization strategies
• Drive execution strategy and ensure non-functional requirements
• Manage FinOps, HA/DR, observability, and security

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience with AWS migration and modernization
• Experience with AWS migration frameworks like OLA and MAP
• Execution experience in Assess/Mobilize/Migration & Modernization for large enterprises
• Knowledge of inventory tools, conversion tools, and AI acceleration

✨ Nice to Have

• English and Spanish language skills
• Experience in high-security environments (e.g., PCI standards)
