💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for new Pacvue clients from contract execution through go-live. You'll assist technical setup of core features, temporarily manage campaigns, and conduct training sessions to ensure clients graduate with foundational knowledge. This role is remote-first in Mexico City with future hybrid transition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support client onboardings with account setup and campaign execution.
• Apply campaign management expertise across Retail Search, DSP, and AMC.
• Conduct tailored training sessions on platform setup and optimization.
• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflows and process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in eCommerce account management, strategy, or digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of retail media best practices (Search, DSP, AMC).
• Strong command of digital advertising KPIs and data storytelling.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple complex projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-enabled workflows.
• Prior experience in client onboarding or training.
• Familiarity with Pacvue platform or similar tools.
