You'll join the Cards Data Science team to develop machine learning models that power underwriting, pricing, and customer management decisions. Your work will directly influence growth, risk and profitability for the UK credit cards business. You'll take ownership of models throughout their lifecycle in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for underwriting and pricing.
• Analyze large datasets to generate credit and commercial strategy insights.
• Own models throughout their lifecycle, from research to production monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into measurable outcomes.

• Python and SQL programming skills.
• Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning.
