You'll own the regional marketing engine for EMEA North, driving pipeline growth and revenue impact across UK&I, Nordics, and Israel. You'll operate at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, ensuring programs support every sales team. This senior IC role offers ownership of outcomes and measurable business results.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategy for UK&I, Nordics, Israel
• Translate global campaigns into locally relevant programs for finance leaders
• Monitor performance at country and team level, identify pipeline gaps
• Manage and allocate regional field marketing budget based on ROI

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally SaaS or enterprise tech
• Proven experience leading field marketing or regional demand generation
• Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth in partnership with sales
• Experience managing regional marketing budgets and evaluating ROI
