🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a global team of data modelers to build scalable physical data models
• Convert conceptual/logical models into optimized physical models using Erwin or similar
• Own data modeling workflows including version control and schema deployment
• Collaborate with engineering to implement models in Databricks and Snowflake

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in data modeling, enterprise data architecture, and cloud data engineering
• 4+ years leading data modeling teams
• Expertise in enterprise data modeling tools like Erwin or ER/Studio
• Deep understanding of healthcare data models across Claims, Pharmacy, and Clinical Interoperability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OBT, data Lakehouse, and metadata management
• Familiarity with BI and reporting solutions on cloud data warehouses
• Knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and data distribution frameworks
