You'll manage a portfolio of small businesses, owning their bookkeeping and acting as their trusted accounting advisor. You'll help small business clients thrive using Wave's software to categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate financial statements. This fully remote role lets you work with a creative team in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business clients.
• Import and categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, complete monthly bookkeeping.
• Conduct virtual recurring review calls with clients.
• Flag potential bookkeeping issues and provide timely client support via email.

📋 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 0-2 years of general work experience.
• Previous experience in cloud accounting.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
