You'll execute targeted CRM campaigns for Deliveroo's advertising proposition, collaborating with global teams to drive growth. You'll own personalisation strategies and analyse campaign metrics to inform improvements. This role offers hands-on experience with Braze and SQL at a leading food delivery platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support CRM strategy for advertising segments in UK and growth markets
• Coordinate BAU calendar and execute emails and push notifications
• Conduct post-campaign reporting and derive actionable insights
• Drive test-and-learn strategies to optimise channel content

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or relevant experience
• 2-3 years of CRM experience
• CRM deployment experience with Braze
• HTML familiarity to edit templates
