You'll join a paid nurse residency program to build confidence and real-world experience as a new grad LPN, providing home care to clients in Minneapolis and surrounding areas with flexible scheduling and 24/7 clinical mentorship.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota (or pending with NCLEX date)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Commitment to full-time schedule (36+ hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in home settings
• Use electronic charting for documentation
• Work 8-12 hour shifts (daytime or overnight)
• Participate in ANCC-accredited nurse residency program
