- Track leads, manage reports, and identify where deals stall.
- Build and refine repeatable sales processes to clear pipeline bottlenecks.
- Maintain sales enablement materials tailored to buyer personas.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, proposals, and client communications.

- 3-5+ years in sales enablement within healthcare or SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage contract tracking and pipeline reporting.
- Strong comfort with CRM platforms and collaborative tools.
- Experience converting manual operations into automated systems.
