You'll join a clinician-founded team providing integrated mental health care for children and adolescents. You'll make an impact through evidence-based therapy and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. This role offers a hybrid model with flexible scheduling and full benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with other specialty providers and families

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as an LMSW or Supervisee in Social Work in Pennsylvania
• One year of experience providing individual direct care therapy to children and adolescents
• One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Flexibility to work after 4pm ET weekdays and/or weekends

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with evidence-based practices for children and adolescents
• Proficiency in Google Suite and EMR systems
