You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers, driving customer adoption and value realization for enterprise clients. You'll own health, retention, and renewal outcomes while acting as an escalation point for key accounts. This role offers the chance to shape customer relationships at a high-impact level.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Ensure strong execution of customer engagement across onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
- Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes across the assigned portfolio.
- Act as an escalation point and sponsor for key and at-risk customers.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to coach teams to drive adoption and measurable customer outcomes.
