Description
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents for enterprise clients—from design, prompt engineering, and systems integration to deployment, demos, and performance tuning. Your work directly enhances customer service efficiency for leading brands.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in conversational AI, solution engineering, or delivering AI/LLM applications to customers
- Strong customer-facing communication and demo skills
- Hands-on with prompt design, workflow building, API integration (SIP, Twilio, Amazon Connect)
- Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), vector DBs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, RAG, Python/JavaScript
Responsibilities
- Own implementation of AI agents: prompt design, workflow config, integrations, telephony, evaluation
- Lead customer-facing demos, gather feedback, guide solutions from concept to production
- Configure APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integrate with CRMs, KBs, enterprise tools
- Set up SIP/CCaaS/PSTN routing, metadata, fallbacks, troubleshoot call quality
- Write and refine LLM prompts, monitor performance, hit automation and containment targets
