As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will drive store profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, ensuring accuracy, and supporting key operational functions like shipment processing and sales floor replenishment. You will maintain strong visual standards and collaborate with management to optimize store operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with management
• Support shipment receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Support stockroom standards and processes for a safe and efficient operation
