You'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team at WeTravel, helping multi-day and group tour operators streamline bookings and payments. You'll own the customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support, contributing to a growing market and high-impact initiatives. This onsite role in Sydney offers high autonomy and visibility, with close collaboration across engineering, product, and sales.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to customer questions via email, chat, and calls with empathy.
- Educate users about the product and help them achieve their goals.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate bugs or technical challenges.
- Create or update help center articles and internal support documentation.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years experience in customer support, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Experience with support platforms such as Intercom or Zendesk.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with engineers to investigate bugs.
โจ Nice to Have
- Spanish fluency.
- Experience with fintech or travel industry.
