π― What You'll Do
- Lead field medical clinical trial acceleration strategies aligned with therapeutic area priorities.
- Drive recruitment and referral initiatives for neuroscience and rare disease programs.
- Translate clinical strategies into actionable field initiatives for investigator engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, and operations teams.
- Develop communication plans and training programs supporting trial execution.
π Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
- 7+ years experience in Medical Affairs or clinical research leadership.
- Strong understanding of neuroscience and rare disease clinical development.
- Customer-facing experience as Medical Science Liaison or Medical Director.
- Ability to travel 60-70% across the US with a valid driver's license.
