🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead field medical clinical trial acceleration strategies aligned with therapeutic area priorities.
• Drive recruitment and referral initiatives for neuroscience and rare disease programs.
• Translate clinical strategies into actionable field initiatives for investigator engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, and operations teams.
• Develop communication plans and training programs supporting trial execution.

📋 Requirements

• Doctoral degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
• 7+ years experience in Medical Affairs or clinical research leadership.
• Strong understanding of neuroscience and rare disease clinical development.
• Customer-facing experience as Medical Science Liaison or Medical Director.
• Ability to travel 60-70% across the US with a valid driver's license.
