You'll lead the visual and conceptual direction of Lovepop's 3D pop-up cards and paper-art gifts. You'll shape licensed-IP portfolios and manage a team of designers and illustrators. This role offers the chance to drive creative excellence at a top Shark Tank-backed brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and uphold the visual bar across product portfolio
• Manage licensor approval workflows for multiple concurrent IPs
• Brief and direct external freelance illustrators and agencies
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Merchandising

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years in design with senior creative leadership experience
• Licensed IP experience end-to-end (concept to production)
• External resource management including vendor budgets
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma)

• Experience with major licensors like Disney or Sanrio
• Comfort with 3D rendering tools
