💼 About This Role

You'll own the Workday Adaptive Planning tool as system administrator, driving the roadmap, model design, and data integrity. You'll partner with FP&A, IT, and business leaders to translate needs into scalable planning solutions. This role offers extreme ownership and visibility in a pre-IPO cybersecurity leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Adaptive Planning roadmap, model design, and integrations
• Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards
• Lead transition of models from Excel to Adaptive
• Drive annual planning, forecasting, and reporting processes

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in high growth tech
• Expertise in Adaptive Planning for forecasting and modeling
• Adaptive Certifications
• Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP integration

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or equivalent degree
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot
• Familiarity with Elastic Hypercube Technology (EHT)
