• Map end-to-end enterprise workflows with customers
• Translate workflows into multi-agent systems integrating data and apps
• Own the lifecycle of AI employees from concept to deployment
• Use data and insights to continuously optimize agent capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in consulting, engagement management, or product management
• Proven client-facing experience trusted by senior stakeholders
• Strategic product acumen to solve real business problems
• Technical credibility to discuss architecture and APIs with engineers
