You'll join the AI SDK team at Temporal to design and implement SDK features for AI applications, working primarily in Python and TypeScript. Your core impact is creating building blocks that make durable execution reliable for emerging AI patterns. You'll also collaborate with the open-source community and help shape the future of AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement Temporal AI SDK features for diverse frameworks.
• Develop deep understanding of emerging AI application architectures.
• Take end-to-end ownership of new features with other teams.
• Serve as domain expert on AI design patterns and write public documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience with generative AI for agents/coding.
• Deep understanding of using AI to increase quality.
• Track record of open source contributions to 3rd party libraries.
• Fluency in multiple programming languages including Python and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with Temporal's programming model.
• Experience building agents or AI applications.
