🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day project execution for embedded/IoT software initiatives.
• Coordinate work across Embedded, Hardware, Cloud, Mobile, QA, and Product teams.
• Track progress, commitments, blockers, and delivery predictability.
• Support roadmap planning, release planning, and integration milestones.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software development with embedded software, IoT, or connected devices.
• Experience as a Technical Lead, Project Lead, Engineering Lead, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
• Experience leading cross-functional software delivery.
• Strong Agile/Scrum execution experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of RTOS/Linux, firmware, device integration.
• Experience with smart devices, HVAC, consumer electronics, or industrial IoT.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi, BLE, MQTT, OTA, cloud connectivity.
