  • 3+ years quota-carrying sales experience in IT SaaS or HR tech
  • Proven track record closing B2B software deals and exceeding targets
  • Experience selling to mid-market organizations (200-2,000 employees)
  • Strong hunter mentality and pipeline generation skills
