You'll own end-to-end delivery of Advanced Services engagements at Everpure, ensuring successful adoption of our platform. You'll drive customer satisfaction and contribute to strategic growth by coordinating delivery teams and managing project governance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution of Advanced Services engagements
• Serve as primary interface between customer and account team
• Coordinate delivery team, managing scope, schedule, and risks
• Use NetSuite and Google Workspace for project governance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years project management experience in customer-facing environment
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with customer-facing delivery for large enterprises
• Proficiency in project management lifecycle and financial tracking

✨ Nice to Have

• ITIL or Agile certifications
• Experience in storage, cloud infrastructure, or data-center modernization
• Experience in matrixed organization with remote delivery teams
