💼 About This Role

You'll join AIR's Healthcare Innovations team to conduct rigorous research and evaluation on healthcare quality, costs, and access. Your work will translate findings into actionable insights for policymakers, payers, providers, and patients. This role offers flexibility to work remotely across the U.S.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in compiling and synthesizing information from literature reviews and policy scans
• Prepare and assist with primary data collection through interviews, focus groups, and surveys
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data and contribute to reporting findings
• Support proposal writing and business development activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree in social sciences
• Experience conducting quantitative and/or qualitative data collection
• Experience using qualitative or quantitative data analysis software (Python, R, STATA, or Atlas.TI, NVivo, Dedoose)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
