You'll serve as a trusted advisor on operational and product issues while advocating internally for client needs. 📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to manage high volumes of customer requests
• Experience in fast-growth startup, payroll, consulting, or investment banking
• Strong analytical foundation with data manipulation skills
