• Repurpose long-form content into social clips
• Edit videos with captions, cuts, and animations
• Ideate new video concepts based on research

📋 Requirements

• Comfortable with video editing software
• Strong instincts for social media performance
• Ability to turn abstract ideas into scripts
• Detail-oriented with captions and transitions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Premiere Pro or similar
• Familiarity with YouTube or LinkedIn analytics
• Prior experience editing talking-head content
