💼 About This Role

You'll join the Software Operations team at Nuro to improve QC procedures, rubrics, and taxonomy. Your work will directly impact the reliability of autonomy software at scale. You'll report to the Head of Software Operations with real autonomy and a direct line to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Turn vague QC procedures into clear, executable rubrics
• Audit classification frameworks for defects and labeling outputs
• Observe workflow to surface hidden friction and patterns
• Align offshore QC vendor with updated standards via calibration sessions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in project management, operations, or QA in software/tech
• Track record of improving procedures or classification frameworks
• Sharp pattern recognition and communication skills
• Comfort with Notion, Confluence, Airtable, or Jira

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in robotics or autonomy software
• Experience coordinating offshore contractor teams
• Background in taxonomy or classification system design
