💼 About This Role

You'll architect the developer experience for Weave Engineering's web applications, owning the lifecycle from local development in an NX monorepo to deployment of an Electron desktop client. You'll bridge frontend tooling with Golang backend to build high-performance systems empowering hundreds of engineers to ship code with speed and quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive architecture and maintenance of NX monorepo
• Own GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline and internal tooling
• Optimize developer feedback loop reducing build times
• Manage build and release processes for Electron desktop app

📋 Requirements

• 6-9 years of professional engineering experience
• Deep hands-on experience with frontend build tools like NX, Vite, Webpack
• Proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS
• Experience or strong desire to work in Golang

• Experience with GCP
• Familiarity with React
• Experience scaling build systems at a medium-to-large SaaS company
