💼 About This Role

You'll develop and optimize client-side RTC/live streaming capabilities for Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. Your work will directly impact real-time audio/video experiences for 300+ million users across Android, iOS, and Web. This role offers the chance to solve complex challenges in scalable real-time communication at a global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize client-side RTC/live streaming features like co-streaming and audio routing.
• Integrate third-party or in-house RTC SDKs, managing version upgrades and compatibility testing.
• Improve client stability and performance, reducing latency and troubleshooting issues like stuttering.
• Build client observability with QoS reporting and automatic issue attribution.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Android/iOS/Web R&D experience with audio/video products.
• Familiarity with audio/video fundamentals on your platform (AudioRecord, AVAudioSession, WebRTC APIs).
• Understanding of real-time audio/video principles like packet loss, jitter, and latency.
• Strong engineering skills in modular design, stability governance, and performance optimization.

• In-depth experience with WebRTC source code modifications.
• Specialization in audio processing (AEC, NS, AGC, spatial audio).
• Experience with large-scale live events and gradual rollout strategies.
