🎯 What You'll Do

• Define AI platform strategy and shared infrastructure
• Lead high-leverage AI platform projects
• Partner with product teams on customer-facing AI features
• Mentor and grow senior engineers

📋 Requirements

• Deep expertise in LLM systems (prompt engineering, agentic workflows, evaluation)
• Experience operating AI features in production with quality and auditability
• Fullstack development experience including React, GraphQL, and a server-side language
• Proven track record leading projects affecting multiple teams
