💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience and meeting sales targets as a part-time assistant manager at Hot Topic. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help with daily operations. This role lets you combine your love for music and pop culture with retail leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Open and close the store as needed and support the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and communicate fashion trends to management.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
