You'll own gross profit dollar growth across a defined NYC/Northern New Jersey book of business, acquiring new SaaS customers and expanding revenue within existing accounts. Your core impact is driving e-commerce adoption across every lab in your territory through a full-cycle sales role. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with the security of a profitable business.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and close new SaaS customers across biotech hubs
- Own full SaaS cycle from discovery through close
- Maintain and grow gross profit across existing accounts
- Meet in-person with scientists and procurement teams to increase adoption
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns supporting SaaS and e-commerce
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of life science sales experience selling laboratory supplies
- Degree from a top 50 university
- Strong familiarity with lab products and procurement workflows in biotech
- Willingness to travel to Philadelphia 33% of the time

- Existing network of contacts in SMB biotech
