🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage subcontractors for all site work and finishes
• Lead and train company carpenters on daily tasks
• Maintain jobsite safety and daily documentation
• Coordinate inspections and permits as license holder

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of ground-up residential construction experience
• Active Unrestricted CSL in Massachusetts
• Proficiency in Procore or Buildertrend
• Deep knowledge of building means and methods
