Description

As a Mid-Level Painter at Carvana, you will match and mix paint colors and apply water-based paint to vehicles in our state-of-the-art paint booths, ensuring high-quality finishes for our customers. You'll play a key role in our fast-paced production environment, working with a team dedicated to delivering exceptional vehicles.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Ability to use safety equipment (face shield, goggles, gloves, etc.)
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions (heat/cold)

Responsibilities

• Match and mix paint colors
• Use water-based paint to paint vehicles inside paint booths
• Work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed
