💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and train new recruits. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and ensure merchandising excellence. This role combines customer service with operational leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customers to return.
• Open and close the store, covering sales floor as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales via BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store.
