🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all Starbucks operations including deliveries, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Train and coach baristas on safety, standard procedures, and productivity.
• Meet budget targets for productivity, labor, and other expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal regulations through audits and reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of manager/supervisor experience
• 1 year in QSR and/or cafe preferred
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite
