💼 About This Role

You'll architect a global organic social strategy to transform Everpure's social presence into a high-impact engine for brand authority and market influence. You'll lead executive thought leadership programs and drive actionable business insights through social listening. This role is primarily in-office at the Raleigh/Durham office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute a comprehensive organic social roadmap across all platforms.
• Design and manage executive thought leadership program with senior leaders.
• Establish social listening and reporting framework for real-time market intelligence.
• Launch and optimize global employee advocacy and influencer programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of social specialists for creative excellence.

📋 Requirements

• Track record of leading complex global social media strategies in B2B enterprise environment.
• Experience managing executive social programs and scaling influencer initiatives.
• Proficiency with enterprise social suites like Sprout, Brandwatch, or Sprinklr.
• Ability to partner across Creative, Communications, and Demand Generation teams.
