Description

In this role, you will drive quality across complex, client-facing workflows on Built's financial and construction technology platform. You'll partner with Product and Engineering to shape validation strategies, design real-world test cases, and lead quality efforts from discovery through post-launch, directly impacting product reliability and customer trust.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and executing manual test cases and scripts
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to analyze requirements to identify gaps, risks, and edge cases
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr, TestRail)
• Familiarity with test automation concepts and at least one automation or API testing tool

Responsibilities

• Own quality assurance for complex product initiatives from discovery to post-launch
• Partner with Product and Engineering to review requirements for testability and risk
• Develop comprehensive real-world use cases validating end-to-end workflows and edge cases
• Design and execute manual test plans across functional, integration, and regression coverage
• Identify and drive resolution of systemic defects while communicating quality risks to leadership
