• Analyze user behavior to optimize onboarding, KYC, deposits, and trading journeys.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, user acquisition, or lifecycle marketing in fintech or crypto.
• Strong understanding of P2P trading ecosystems and marketplace dynamics.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, CleverTap, or OneSignal.
• Proven track record of scaling user growth and increasing retention.
