Description

You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets, build relationships with referral sources such as patients, parents, and providers, and drive awareness of Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health services. You'll work in the field 4-5 days a week, attending meetings and networking events to cement community partnerships.

Requirements

• Based in Austin, TX
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation 4-5 days/week
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
