You'll install and maintain Growth Direct systems at customer sites, ensuring 100% uptime through preventative maintenance and emergency repairs. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge automation and robotics in the life science field.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install systems at new and existing customer sites
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on time
• Provide emergency customer repairs per service levels
• Complete service reports and expense reports on time

📋 Requirements

• KōtōSenmonGakkō degree in mechatronics or equivalent
• Field engineering experience with customer handling
• JLPT N2 or higher English proficiency
• ISO or GMP controlled environment experience
