You'll drive the recovery of outstanding funds on the Home Improvement Operations team, ensuring the integrity of financial data. You will serve as the primary engine for daily collection workflows and play a key role in cash reconciliation processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate weekly outreach for past-due merchant accounts
• Deploy collection strategies to secure refund approvals
• Identify and escalate non-responsive merchants
• Monitor unusual merchant activity for risk reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable or Debt Recovery
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (filtering, pivot tables)
• Proven ability to handle sensitive financial data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
