You'll oversee daily accounting operations and provide accurate financial reporting for the Americas region at Unispace, a global workplace design and build firm. Your core impact is ensuring month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting are delivered accurately and on time. You'll also drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls across regional entities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily accounting operations for shared services team
• Review balance sheet reconciliations across Americas entities
• Prepare monthly trend analysis and oversee month-end close
• Assist with cash management and prepare weekly cash flow forecast

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience
• 2+ years in a similar role (manager level)
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• CPA or public accounting experience preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP software
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience in project-based industries (construction preferred)
