💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute partnership strategies for Pay with iyzico, managing relationships with fintech partners, issuers, and card schemes. Your core impact will be driving commercial growth through revenue modeling, campaign optimization, and regulatory alignment. This role offers ownership of high-impact ecosystem projects in a rapidly scaling fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute new partnership strategies, managing projects end-to-end.
• Own and grow partner relationships for “Pay with iyzico”, onboard new partners, define business models.
• Manage third-party partnerships including issuing, payment processors, and card schemes.
• Develop and optimize commercial models including revenue sharing, pricing, and profitability.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong expertise in portfolio management, pricing strategy, and partnership development.
• Commercial mindset with ability to convert partnerships into tangible business outcomes.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
