You'll partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and deliver high-impact demonstrations for Motive's largest Public Sector customers. Your core impact will be translating complex customer challenges into compelling technical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role offers the chance to act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and deliver demonstrations
- Tailor demos to resonate across technical, operational, and business audiences
- Translate customer challenges into compelling solutions with measurable outcomes
- Collaborate on RFIs/RFPs and act as connector between Sales and cross-functional teams
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales or Solutions Engineering experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector customers
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales field role with 30%+ travel willingness
- Deep knowledge of value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC)
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise sales cycles and navigating multiple stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus)
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical solution design
