🎯 What You'll Do

• Support setup, launch, and operational management of live online training programs
• Monitor learner pipelines and support enrollment processes
• Provide real-time support to learners, instructors, and teaching assistants
• Conduct operational and performance analysis on program data

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience in operations, analytics, or program coordination
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
