Description

You will handle project billing for architectural, engineering, and construction design projects, preparing client and consultant invoices, reviewing them for accuracy, and collaborating with project managers. You'll also assist with audit documentation and ensure timely invoicing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Baseline knowledge of general accounting practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely client invoices for assigned offices/regions monthly
• Review consultant invoices for accuracy and timeliness of payments
• Understand and execute contract terms per client contract
• Review work in progress and explain large variances
• Assemble documentation for billing audits
